A Gentle, Nervous System–Centered Approach to Care
My work is rooted in a simple belief:
When the nervous system is supported, the body has the ability to heal, regulate, and restore.
This is especially important during the seasons of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early infancy—when both mother and baby are navigating profound physical and emotional transitions.

My background
I began my career in healthcare, working as a Certified Nurse Assistant in both long-term care and hospital settings, including post-operative care, rehabilitation, and neurology support.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of caring for people in vulnerable and critical moments—supporting their bodies through stress, recovery, and healing.
But I also began to notice something deeper.
Many people weren’t lacking care—they were lacking regulation.
The nervous system was overwhelmed, and the body was holding more than it had the capacity to process.
My current work
This realization led me to explore more holistic, body-based approaches to healing—work that honors the body’s natural rhythms rather than pushing against them.
Through Craniosacral Therapy and nervous system-focused care, I found a way to support the body more gently, yet often more effectively.

Why Focus on Mamas & Babies?
My work naturally evolved to focus on mamas and infants.
Birth is powerful—but it can also be intense for both mom and baby.
Even in the most supported births, the experience can leave tension patterns in the body or overwhelm the nervous system for a lifetime.
When we support the nervous system early—for both mother and baby—we create a foundation for greater ease, connection, and long-term wellbeing.
Many times, the struggles that happen postpartum for mama and baby can be eased with gentle but profound support to the nervous system. This can bring ease into the very important bonding and development that happens in the first few weeks and months.
Philosophy
I don’t believe healing should feel forceful or overwhelming.
I believe in creating the conditions where the body feels safe enough to soften—because that’s where real change happens.
Whether you’re seeking support for your baby, your own body, or both, you are welcome here.
